Traveling West on Route 17 (Future 86)

Exit 64 - Owego Exit
Left off exit ramp, travel up to intersection - Turn Right following signs for 17C Westbound & 96 North.
Take right at next light traveling over the new bridge (passes over Route 17 & the river).
Go straight through traffic light at end of bridge, take left at next light. This puts you on Route 17C Westbound.
Follow 17C prox. 3 ½ miles - Tioga Hardwoods is on the located on the right hand side of the road shortly after crossing the railroad viaduct.

Traveling East on Route 17 (Future 86)

Exit 62 - Nichols Exit
Turn right at end of exit ramp
Take next right turn on Route 282 North.  This takes you under Route 17 and across the river - Follow signs to Route 17C Eastbound, 
Take the next right turn (T-intersection) you are then on 17C Eastbound.
Tioga Hardwoods is prox. 5.2 miles on the left hand side of the road, (before the railroad viaduct).

Traveling south on 38

Follow Route 38 into the center of the village.
At the T- intersection, turn right at the light.
This puts you on route 17C Westbound. 
Follow 17C prox. 3 ½ miles - Tioga Hardwoods is on the located on the right hand side of the road shortly after crossing the railroad viaduct.

Traveling South on Route 38

At the 4-way stop (flashing red light) in Richford, NY, continue
Southbound on Route 38 for 2.9 miles.
Tioga Hardwoods is located on the right hand side of the road,
(first driveway, in the first building on the Northern most side of the property).

Traveling North on Route 38

At the traffic light in Newark Valley, NY, continue
Northbound on Route 38 for 6.6 miles.
Tioga Hardwoods is located on the left hand side of the road,
(second driveway, in the building on the Northern most side of the property).

From I-81 North/South

At the Whitney Point exit, take Route 79 West until you come to the 4-way stop in Richford, NY (approx. 14 miles).
Turn left on Route 38 and proceed southbound for 2.9 miles.
Tioga Hardwoods is located on the right hand side of the road,
(first driveway, in the first building on the Northern most side of the property).
